![]() This was extremely important to me, as I live out of state. The Society took charge immediately, from the disposition of my mother’s body to Social Security Administration filing, and sending her ashes to their final resting place. What that meant was that anytime I could not get a hold of him directly, the person I spoke to was more than willing and capable of taking care of my requests or answering my questions. Scott was an exceptionally kind, efficient person to deal with, as was his entire staff. Both my parents had pre-paid their burial services, which I would recommend to everyone, as it relieves those left behind From having to make difficult choices. I have only good things to say about the Neptune Society, as they took care of every detail you can imagine associated with having to bury someone. On behalf of my husband and I, we would like to extend a very special thanks to Trina and the Neptune Society staff. Words can’t describe what we are going thru after losing a son but one thing I can assure that Trina and her staff made it happen for us. She made sure that everything was perfect for us from start to end, they treated us like family they were extremely loving, caring and compassionate. My step-son passed away 3 months ago and it was an unexpected death and from that first call I made to Neptune society at 3 am the day my step-son passed they were AMAZING from start to end… The first callback I received was from Sandy 20 minutes after my initial call, Sandy was a complete sweetheart and guide me until the next day that Trina called me at 9 AM, moving forward Trina became our Angel and guidance she helped us thru every step of this difficult and painful process. I want to start this review by saying how grateful my husband and I are for the services we received from Trina and her staff. Please accept this letter from a family helped and guided through a difficult time as a testimonial to the highest level service given to me and to my family, but even more the respect given to my husband in death. Professional, kindness and respect for a person in grief and feeling loss are the qualities needed in a Funeral Director and Raymond has them and I am happy he was assigned to our family. The way he called us and kept me informed at each and every step of the process helped me to process the grief and come to deal with the death and total loss of my husband. As the process started he guided me and assisted our family through this difficult time. We have told everyone how the Neptune Society and will continue to recommend him to everyone we meet. From the very first phone call when my husband died, until I received a letter of thank you and condolence that arrived in the mail today from him, each and every step in this horrible process has been made easier and was full of compassion, professionalism, and kindness. We are writing to The Neptune Society to give a heartfelt thank you and express our gratitude to Raymond Scott our Funeral Director at the Plantation Office. ![]() God bless you, Virginia’s daughters Sondra L.
